{"id":387,"date":"2024-07-09T08:09:15","date_gmt":"2024-07-09T08:09:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/6g-conference.dnac.org\/2024\/?page_id=387"},"modified":"2024-09-11T09:42:39","modified_gmt":"2024-09-11T09:42:39","slug":"camera-ready","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/6g-conference.dnac.org\/2024\/camera-ready\/","title":{"rendered":"Camera Ready"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Camera-ready guidelines<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have received a notification of acceptance email from the TPC co-chairs, please use these instructions to prepare your final camera-ready manuscript.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and the IEEE Communications Society will take action against any author who has been engaged in either practice. Please see the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/publications\/rights\/plagiarism\/plagiarism-faq.html\">IEEE Web Page on Plagiarism<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/publications\/rights\/multi-sub-guidelines-intro.html\">IEEE Web Page on Double Submission<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Papers can be of five types, Full, Short, <strong>Posters, Demos &amp; Workshop<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Full papers <\/strong>up to a maximum of nine (9) printed pages (in Two-Column IEEE Conference Format), including text, figures, and references.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Short papers<\/strong> up to five (5) pages (in Two-Column IEEE Conference Format), including text, figures, and references.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Poster papers<\/strong> up to three (3) pages (in Two-Column IEEE Conference Format), including text, figures, and references.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Demo papers<\/strong> up to three (3) pages (in Two-Column IEEE Conference Format), including text, figures, and references.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Workshop papers<\/strong> up to six (6) pages (in Two-Column IEEE Conference Format), including text, figures, and references.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that all papers accepted as short papers will be required to be reduced to <strong>5-pages <\/strong>length. Also note that the Deadline for the camera ready is <strong>July 20, 2024<\/strong>. Please refer to EDAS for the exact deadline in your time zone to make sure that you abide by the stipulated deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadline for the camera ready for Posters, Demos and workshop papers is <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">September 16, 2024<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to submit the camera-ready manuscript, please follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. All submissions must be written in English, with minimum of 10-point font and must follow the IEEE two-column page format, which is available at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences_events\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\">https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences_events\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are using LaTeX, you need to use the following code as the first line in your LaTeX source file: \\documentclass[10pt, conference]{IEEEtran}<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Address all reviewers\u2019 comments and revise your paper accordingly before submitting your camera-ready version. Also, make sure that all your figures are of high quality (preferably in .eps format) and their content is easily readable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Make sure also that your paper contains <strong>no headers<\/strong>, and <strong>no page numbers<\/strong>. This information will be added by the editors. Furthermore, thoroughly, proofread your source document to confirm that it will require no further revision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Make sure that the title\/author list in EDAS is EXACTLY as in your final camera-ready paper. No change in authors is allowed once the paper is accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Do not include any copyright notice in your document, this will be added automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Complete the Electronic copyright form for your paper on EDAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Use IEEE PDF eXpress to check Xplore-compatibility, and generate your PDF <strong>compliant <\/strong>version, as detailed below. <strong>This is a mandatory step.<\/strong> Non-compliance might result in NOT having your paper published in the IEEE Xplore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Upload to EDAS the PDF eXpress-passed camera-ready version of your paper. <strong>Do not upload any other version of the paper except that validated using PDF eXpress.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">IEEE PDF eXpress<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The final paper must be converted into PDF with settings compliant with the requirements of the IEEE Xplore digital library. To this purpose, the IEEE PDF eXpress web tool should be used. PDF files generated in a different way might not be IEEE Xplore-compliant and could be problematic. All PDFs to be included in IEEE Xplore should be validated through PDF eXpress for an assured Xplore compatibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The instructions to generate an IEEE-Xplore-compatible PDF file using the IEEE PDF eXpress PLUS web tool are listed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Create an <a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/\">IEEE PDF eXpress plus<\/a> account using the following conference ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The first time you access IEEE PDF eXpress plus, please follow the link to \u201cNew Users \u2013 Clickhere\u201d. The conference ID is <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">63182X<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Previous usersof PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used in previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 After logging in, create a new title and enter the exact title of your paper. Then, upload the source files of your camera-ready paper for conversion (e.g. DOC, DOCX, TEX and so on). Alternatively, if your PDF is ready, you can also just check the compliance of your generated PDF file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 After a few minutes, you will receive the IEEE-Xplore-compatible PDF version of your paper by e-mail. This is the PDF version that you will use to upload your camera ready to EDAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 In case you encounter any problems, you can access the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/supportcenter.ieee.org\/app\/answers\/list\/st\/4\/kw\/IEEE%20PDF%20eXpress\/page\/1\">Publications Support Center&nbsp;<\/a>for IEEE PDF&nbsp;eXpress.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Camera-ready guidelines If you have received &hellip;
